So we are getting so close to summer that we can almost feel the sun on our faces…Oh wait that is the sun!!! I forgot what it looked like after 170 days in a row of rain in good ‘ol Astoria, Oregon. So with the impending arrival of summer, it’s time to contemplate our swimsuit body readiness! For me…I’m worried. A bit like that patient that you know is sick and they turn to you and say, “I’m going to be sick”, yes that is me right now! Ok, well we can fix it! It’s all about baby steps and building routines when it comes to losing weight and getting healthy. I was recently told by a great friend of mine that it’s not about weight loss or bulking up, it’s about getting healthy and the rest will come with it. I am trying to get to the best me.
